General Rules
8 weeks of round-robin games
top 4 teams make the playoffs
round-robin games are a best-of-5 series with games going up to 11 points
if two teams tie in the same position during the round robin it will come down to point differential (total points scored over the whole round robin)
playoff games are single-game eliminations up to 21
Winning
round robin: winner must win by 2, but this caps out at 15 (so an 11-10 game is not possible, but a 15-14 game is possible)
playoffs: winner must win by 2, but this caps out at 25
On Court Rules
we are playing full-court
winner retains possession
ball must be cleared on every change of possession
any unanimous disputes over which team should have possession will be resolved by a jump-ball
any fouls result in the team that got fouled being given possession after a check
any disputes will be resolved by a third-party “referee”
third-party referee will be from The Biz Media unless The Biz Media is one of the teams playing
replacement refs will be on a volunteer basis
